    Tacos Empty Tacos

Not really a recipe, it's just how I make them and everytime I put I'm making tacos on FB I get people turning up on my door for some!!

I always get the Old El Paso Taco Kit.

I fry sausages in a dry pan (very rarely use oil cause of Kieran) and once they are partly fried I add finely chopped onions (normally 2 cause they are small) and 2 different coloured peppers. Once the sausages are practically cooked I add the salsa dip from the kit and the powder into the pan and mix and chopped up tomatoes.
I pop the taco shells in the over on a low temp just to heat them up. Sometimes I add the garlic and herb Philly cheese in to the mix (which is lush!). Once all cooked I take the tacos out and pop the mix into the and put cheese on top. Mmmmmmm I want one now, roll on Tuesday when my shopping comes hahaha
