I don't measure anything just throw it together til it looks right but you need:
5-6 eggs
plain flour
caster sugar
butter/marg
large bar of dark choccy
large bar of milk choccy
large bar of white choccy
melt the butter and dark choccy in a pan and while that cools mix the eggs, flour and sugar together, then add the cooled choccy and mix well. Break the white and milk choccy up into chunks/small bits and mix in with the rest of the mixture, pop in a baking tin and pop in a preheated oven for 15+ mins depending if you want it really gooey of more like a brownie . oven temp gas mark 5 or 180-200 for electric cookers.
If you don't have as sweet a tooth as me don't add the sugar. I tend to mix it all without the sugar then taste it and add sugar as needed as there are 3 150g bars of choccy!!
