    Meatballs Empty Meatballs

    Stuffing:
    6 extra light laughing cow triangles or HE Mozzarella x 2
    1 red chilli
    1 bulbs of garlic chopped

    Meatballs
    Extra Lean Mince (not sure how much you'd use - we just get ours out the freezer, I'd say it's about 400-500g)
    Salt and Pepper

    Sauce:
    1 tin of chopped tomatoes
    1/4 tube of tomato paste
    1 bulb garlic chopped
    Red and Yellow Pepper
    1 onion
    2tsp of Chicken Bovril
    Freshly chopped Basil and Oregano (could also use Chives)

    Mix extra light triangles, chopped chilli and garlic in a bowl. Form in to balls about size of 10p. Season mince with salt and pepper in separate bowl and form mince around cheesey mixture into larger balls. Put in the refrigerator for atleast 2 hours.

    Spray a pan with fry light and fry off onions and peppers (add mushrooms and courgettes if you like for a chunky sauce) add garlic and fry for a further minute, lower heat and add chopped tomatoes, and herbs, season with black pepper and salt add chicken bovril.

    Pour into a casserole dish and set aside

    Take Meatballs from refrigerator spray another pan with fry light liberally and add meatballs, just ensure they are browned on the outside

    Put meatballs on top of mixture, put in oven at 180c and cook for 30 mins ish
